Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day operations accounting for real estate assets in South America
- Trust Accounting reporting
- Consolidation of funds and financial reporting therein
- Reconcile and review GL activities performed by Fund Administrator
- Capital calls
- Distribution allocations
- Review Fund-level financial statements
- Review P&L with leadership and stakeholders
- GAAP and IFRS compliance
- Assist with internal Audits
The ideal candidate will be a fluent Spanish speaker, have at least 5 + years of relative experience in Fund Accounting, Advanced MS Excel experience, possess the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adjust well to change. Other requirements include:
*Bachelor's Degree, Accounting
*Advanced Skills with MS Excel
*Yardi, MRI or similar Real Estate ERP experience
