Administrative Assistant

job summary:
Interact with HR Business Partners, managers, employees and People Operations colleagues within central teams to help support various programs for the product management functions. Position Description/Project Overview: As an Administrative Coordinator, you anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Calendar support for up to 4 executives Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow Partner closely with executives to align calendars with their business priorities. Other Responsibilities May Include: Large team meeting bookings across global offices Event support (offsites, tech talks, all hands bookings) Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals) Task management, other ad hoc requests (assistance with projects, quick turn around items, team support) Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Self-starter, team player, flexible; Familiar and comfortable with gSuite (gmail, calendar, drive, etc.)

Desired 1 year + of direct executive support, project management or event planning experience
