Specific Duties:


1. Review and analyze the benefits, eligibility and group load done in OHBS Facets & COSMOS compared to the submitter's request, supporting documents and the equivalent job aids for that particular transaction type.

2. Manage audit inventory to ensure proper workload balance, coverage and closure of audit assignments.

3. Identify/communicate escalated errors/defects and ensure proper resolution.

4. Review results and trends from audits to identify opportunities to improve processes.

Must have qualifications/experience:

1. Demonstrate understanding of applicable systems/platforms (e.g., OHBS Facets; PIF Tracker tool, Cosmos)

2. Demonstrate understanding of applicable software applications (e.g., Excel; Word; Access; PowerPoint; MacroExpress)

3. Demonstrate understanding of relevant health-care programs (e.g., Medicaid; Medicare; Commercial; Individual) is a plus.

4. Demonstrate understanding of payment procedures and operations is a plus.

What are the hours ( Training hours) 8 hours work per day / 5 days per week

Dress Code: business casual

Will you be interviewing (face to face or phone) We would prefer Face to Face (Interview to be done with me & our Senior Analyst /SME in the San Francisco office)

Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analysis for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties
