Established and growing publicly traded asset management company is seeking a Manager of SEC Reporting for their Culver City office.

The Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting manages, and coordinates receipt of inputs used in external reporting, financial compliance, financial statements preparations and disclosures, review and analysis of press releases and supporting documentations. This position will be responsible for participating in preparing and filing financial reports and disclosures required by the SEC, including Annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and periodic reports on Form 8-K. This individual will also assist in technical accounting & SEC reporting research and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an active CPA, and 6+ years public accounting and/or industry experience.
