job summary:
Position Description

Partnership Enablement provides learning opportunities to ensure partner-facing teams can effectively and efficiently support their partners. We are continuing to increase our offerings and provide more on-demand learning which is increasing the operational tasks associated with internal training. To meet the growing requests of the org, you will handle all Learning Management System (LMS) updates, in-person course logistics, updates to our Knowledge Base and other operational tasks. You will be combining your project coordination with your project management skills to work with the team to establish a content maintenance plan and create project plans. You will work also support our Creator in Residence program. This includes scheduling interviews for new residents, coordinating all logistics associated with Creator in Residence events and general program support.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

-BA/BS Degree - Ideally in Business Administration -Minimum 3-5 of years experience as a project planner, event coordinator, administrative assistant, project coordinator -Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills. -Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team. -Be extremely detail-oriented while doing repetitive tasks. -Must be very organized. -Great at time management
