High tech energy company is hiring for a Controller to join their team. This 3000 person company is a global leader in advanced materials. This individual will be managing a team of 5 and be responsible for all accounting operations including financial analysis and budgets. They will implement and monitor internal controls and ensure US GAAP, regulatory, and reporting compliance.
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a managerial role. They will have a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, strong communication skills and system implementation knowledge. Candidates must be able to speak Mandarin Chinese.

-Hire, build and train finance team while overseeing monthly closing, financial analysis and budgets.
-Implement and monitor internal controls and ensure GAAP, regulatory, and reporting compliance.
-Partner with legal counsels in sales contracts, vendor agreements, financing and M&A agreements review.
-Represent the organization externally in banking and finance negotiations and maintain partner relationships.
-Supervise internal and external audit, transfer pricing, income tax return and insurance renewal.
-Perform internal control for inventory management to ensure monthly reconciliation with 3 party warehouse reports.
-Oversee monthly logistic costs analysis for freight and warehouse fees to ensure within budget.
-Supervise IT department in accurate and timely execution of all technological repairs, improvements and upgrades.
-Work with insurance broker for annual insurance renewal.
-Process bi-monthly payroll and 401K contribution.
-Work with assets management consultant to make sure power plant operation compliant with PPA requirement.
Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in corporate financial management
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy
Skills: Good communication skills, IT skills, HR Management, High Level legal and accounting knowledge.
