job summary:
Great Company in Fairfield County is seeking an Recruiter. Must be hands on!

  • Develop and execute successful search strategies in support of a wide variety of roles, including creative sourcing and mining and developing a network of industry talent and contacts for future searches

    - Screen applications, conduct phone-based interviews, coordinate on-site interviews, consolidate feedback throughout all steps of the process, and facilitate consensus meetings to help the hiring teams reach a hiring decision

    - Negotiate offers, coordinate post-offer activities, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date

    - Track key process measures and maintain the online applicant tracking system (ATS)

    - Facilitate a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards

    - Build strong relationships with Sr. Leaders and Executive Team members

    - Engage in effective communication and collaboration with staffing admin team and HR Managers (in the COE & field) to insure a collaborative and seamless partnership with the business the very future of our business.

qualifications:
- Demonstrated strength and prior experience with behavior based interviewing

- Ability to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies for each job category

- Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally with vendors and candidates

- Ability to attract and find the right candidates for each job, using various sourcing techniques effectively, including social media and other creative media channels

- Demonstrated strength and prior experience successfully leading projects and project teams

- Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources

- Strong process-orientation, organization and follow-up skills

- Ability to analyze data, draw inferences, and make judgments

- Ability to influence peers, business partners, vendors - especially with C-level leadership

- Strong internal and external service-orientation

- Must be able to multi-task and have a strong sense of urgency

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
