job summary:
Travel and Expense Representative

  • Reports to the Expense Department Operation Manager processing employee reimbursements
  • Good Communication skills; ability to work within a team atmosphere; must be computer savvy; ability to retain repetitive information and apply Policy and Process
  • Knowledge of Allowable and Unallowable cost; comprehension of Government Compliance
  • Must have some background or experience with business expense processing and understand the basic process of employee reimbursements
  • Experience with Concur Expense and some knowledge of government regulations; FAR; JTR; and IRS preferred
  • High school Diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
