Location: Southeast Phoenix

Pay: $17.00 - 19.00 p/h

  • Processing high volume Accounts Payable invoices (volume data entry)
  • Performing detailed review of invoices
  • Reviewing received reports
  • Verifying accuracy of all invoice data and vendor information
  • Reconciling AP aging
  • Preparing for check runs twice a week
  • Responding to various incoming inquiries
  • 3+ years of high volume Accounts Payable (AP) processing for a large company
  • Experience utilizing SAP software
  • Excel skills
  • Positive attitude is a must!!
