Our client, located in the Philadelphia western suburbs is a fast growing global publicly traded organization that is looking to hire a manager of financial planning & analysis to their growing team.

In this role, you'll will provide critical information to enhance growth and operating results in analyze the financial performance of the business, establishes monthly financial forecast, budgetary goals, aids in business decision support and strategy, partners cross-functionally to deliver value, provides recommendations on profit, expense, and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborates and develops strong relationship with zone business leaders to set action plans to achieve annual operation plan, drives results in conjunction with business leadership
  • Lead development and execution of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, focusing on underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics, and sensitivity analysis
  • Create P&L views for key cross-sections of the business, including brand, channel, and product
  • Develop and manage reports for forecasting, sales trends, and monthly financial results analysis, including presentation of financials to senior management
  • Drive the process for the preparation, consolidation, and timely distribution of all original productions-related components of the long range plan, annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, and monthly projected financials
  • Accurately track and forecast P&L amortization, cash flow, and total commitments for all current and targeted projects
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field from an accredited college or university; graduate degree preferred, but not required
  • 6+ Years experience in finance or accounting related fields; leadership experience a plus
  • Superior proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex financial modeling
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with both financial wizards and creative geniuses
  • Ability to independently project manage and drive progress forward
  • Highly competent with utilizing data to drive the decision-making process
  • A high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and work under pressured timelines
