This position is key leadership position within the company and is responsible for all HR related functions, including Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, Safety & Training and Employee Engagement. Our client is seeking an individual with broad HR experience along with previous experience building and implementing robust HR strategies. Knowledge of safety policies and employment regulations will be critical.
