Sr. Contracts Analyst (PM)

Execution of SOW's is a MUST HAVE


Project Overview:

Support Strategic Vendor Managers ("SVMs") with the preparation, review and revision of vendor contracts (Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Renewals, Amendments etc.), pricing, proposals, commercial terms and conditions, and service level agreements.

Overall Responsibilities:

Perform analysis on cost modeling and commercials terms for contracts as needed.

Conduct discovery meetings and requirements gathering for vendor onboardings and new projects.

Ensure that stakeholder requirements, deliverables and expectations are clearly documented and reflected in the SOWs (especially for deliverables based SOWs).

Ability to review and provide deal summaries to strategic vendor managers.

Assist with improving processes, developing playbooks, drive best practices and automation opportunities across the contract management lifecycle.

Work with cross functional teams as needed to support vendor onboarding processes.

Prepare and manage project plans, action items tracker, roadmaps, bi-weekly Director status updates (presentation slides).

Manage contract execution and signature process with the legal department.

Ensure all contracts for legal review are organized, validated, and include all supporting documentation.

Maintain updated contract repository.

Review and manage pool of contracts submitted for signature to internal stakeholders.

Meticulously organize and maintain library of approved documents.

Project tracking and process improvement.

Define and implement a streamlined contract request/intake process.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Assist SVMs with converting SOWs from Time and Materials to deliverables based, or, managed services contracts.

Support SVMs by obtaining Navigo numbers, and using the information to open SIMBA matters, and by keeping track of the SIMBA matters as they progress through the legal process.

Support the completion of action items, by keeping track of the feedback from legal teams, suppliers and extended teams.

Prepare contract summaries, build and organize the contracts library, develop templates (where appropriate).

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 - 15 years' experience in a Finance, Procurement or Information Technology.

Experience in Software, Hardware, procurement, finance background is a plus.

Advanced level of spreadsheets, use of metrics and basic data analytics is a must

Hands on experience putting together contracts / statement of work is a must

Nice to have Skills (not required):

Demonstrated customer facing and excellent presentation skills

Detail oriented, flexible and have a sense of urgency

Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Experience with interacting with multiple levels of management

Proven ability with organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills Self starter with ability to accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion

Procurement/Finance/SAP/Software/Hardware experience is a plus

Systems and Tools: Slides, Sheets, GSuit, Docs) is a plus.

Otherwise proficient Microsoft experience (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word Doc).
