job summary:
Position Description

  • The Company Cloud team is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized project manager to ensure marketing processes are efficient, timely, and stay on track. In addition to project managing the team's budgeting and contracting processes, there will be an opportunity to shape how the team works by rolling out best practices across a global team.
  • Annually and quarterly with the internal team. Allocation of budget to determine projects within the team.
  • Assisting primary manager with managing the team. Create purchase orders, project manage the team for troubleshooting (finance issues), and will seek out information to help resolve the finance issues.
  • Assisting in tracking and reporting budgets and spends.

Responsibilities

  • Annual and quarterly budget planning across teams and geographies.
  • Raise purchase order requests with vendors to enable marketing projects.
  • Project manage team budget and report out monthly, quarterly and annually to enable team to track marketing spend effectively.
  • Manage a vendor scorecard top ensure Company is obtaining value for money.
  • Collaborate with Company legal and compliance to ensure correct standards are being followed.
  • Become an expert in Company's processes and communicate and train the team for knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage project management tools to ensure the team delivers against quarterly objectives and share out the project calendar on a weekly basis in team meetings.
  • Help ensure the marketing calendar is kept up to date and key milestones are met.
  • Report out on budget metrics to stakeholders and assist marketing ops in connecting the dots between spend and ROI.
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • 1 - 2 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in project management, digital marketing best practices, and a strong communicator
Desired

  • Experience in working with Legal and drafting Statements of Work/contracts
