job summary:
Description:

You will be supporting operations for Company Professional Service(PSO) programs focused on partner services, incentives, enablement, deployment and new partner programs for Cloud Services (GCP and G Suite). This role will involve providing operational support, project and program management for various partner facing initiatives that are launching, or that require ongoing programmatic oversight & improvements. You will help facilitate the launch of various programs including authoring of process documentation, resolution of open issues with cross functional teams, managing task lists, and other support functions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong program management background, be detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple internal systems and functional groups, and have a passion for Company products. Candidate should also have experience in building presentations for senior level audience.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support programs lead in project coordination activities including coordinating open issues, project logistics, and release planning.
  • Developing program guides, documents, PSO assets and keeping these updated on an ongoing basis
  • Gathering data on various programs for regular senior leadership updates.
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • BB/BA Degree with analytical focus
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Comfortable using G Suite - specifically Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Hangouts (Sites, Forms)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Building presentations for senior level audiences
  • Project management skills
  • Process documentation skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to interface with multiple cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional geographically spread team
Desired

  • Data analytics
  • SQL querying skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to simplify and present complex analytical concepts to an executive audience.
