Manages all Employee Relations issues for assigned Business Unit and Company.
Contributes compensation support including approval of salary actions, promotions and job analysis.
Administers and develops HR programs, procedures and plans.
Establishes and maintains professional relationships and works effectively with all levels of management.
Responsible for the effective implementation of HR Policies and Processes.
Provides counsel on HR perspectives and requirements related to all HR issues.
Advises and coaches managers on best employment practices on a day-to-day basis.
Maintains a current and complete understanding of and ensures organizational compliance of all federal, state and local laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA and EEO regulations.
Provides small group and one-on-one training to Management and Key Personnel to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to implement HR practices and policies.
Regularly visits offices to support the implementation of strategic HR plans, conduct file audits and handle other HR specific needs (investigations, terminations, etc.).
Reviews and advises on staffing changes to ensure proposed changes are following all company, state and federal laws and policies.
Assists with termination decisions, discussions and ensure all appropriate termination documentation and payments are prepared as necessary.
Works in conjunction with and supports other areas within HR including compliance, benefits and recruiting.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required.
Bilingual Required (Spanish & English)
Demonstrated success partnering with field operations and leadership teams to develop successful relationships.
Requires the ability to analyze information and recommend resolutions to complex problems and strategic challenges.
Requires strong working knowledge of employment-related local/state/federal regulations.
Minimum of 5 Years progressive experience within Human Resources, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role preferred.
Proven experience in aligning HR strategy to business goals.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite experience required)
Travel required. (up to 25%)
