About the role: As a key partner in creative development, this role helps lead the entire process for Client's product consumer marketing across ATL, BTL and all consumer touch points. This role is critical to ensure teams are tracking against schedules, deadlines and budgets. You will be responsible for partnering closely with our XFN stakeholders to ensure creative deliverables are moved through proper review cycles, approval process, and delivers on time and within budget.

You'll keep stakeholders in the loop on projects, update status sheets, and communicate changes in a timely way. Sometimes you'll handle confidential information (whether internally or with agency partners), so you'll route queries and other info with appropriate care and sensitivity. You'll also maintain an asset library, understanding where company resources are and how to get them.

This is a critical role: You keep the trains running on time. That means preparing for the day ahead and ensuring that everyone stays on track. Things move quickly around here. It's important not only to stay on top of what's going on, but what's coming up.
