Fleet Manager

job summary:
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

This resource will be performing outreach to Delivery Service Partners (DSP) after they have signed the offer letter, to gather all of the inputs required to fulfill a company-branded vehicle order. Those inputs typically include: the business entity, primary contact, business address and state code. In some instances, this resource will need to supply more information to the DSP about how to obtain those inputs, and answer questions about the vehicle order to delivery process. In doing so, this resource will be helping to improve the customer experience. They will also support with PM compliance call downs and other project work.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Fluency in English Comfortable communicating and delivering evolving talking points

The Fleet Management Team does not have the resources needed to gather inputs that are needed to ramp vehicle orders, by engaging directly with DSPs. Looking at the next quarter, we will need to handle the same order placement volume which was completed in the first two quarters of this year. Very new and exciting, opportunities for growth.
