A Change Consultant is responsible for analyzing information, incorporating client problems and concerns, developing and implementing solutions. Also responsible for ensuring effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. May provide input on staffing and budget allocation but does not have actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team.
Typically has 3 or more years of experience in change management preferred. Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred. Process driven project management background and technical would be a plus.
