Accounts Receivable Clerk

job summary:
Randstad Professionals is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temp to perm role with a prominent client located near the Harrisburg Airport. This position will pay $15 an hour. This company offers fantastic benefits and an annual bonus. Work 37.50 hours a week.

responsibilities:
Core functions:

  • Creating invoices for assigned accounts and sending out for payment
  • Tracking of open receivables by generating reports and sending out to clients to keep them away of balance due
  • Process incoming payments and post to clear open receivables
  • Pull reports for month end procedures to be distributed throughout company including, but not limited to, past due reports and DSO status of accounts
 
qualifications:
Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year in an accounting role
  • Strong ERP and MS Excel skills
