Data Escalations Analyst

job summary:
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to work an amazing opportunity with one of our biggest clients!

Partner with Internal and External Stakeholders

  • Work with stakeholders regularly to manage and resolve escalations, projects, and issue resolution/investigation
  • Help communicate and orchestrate change management around cross functional processes between business units
  • Maintain and create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively lead in the resolution of complex business issues with little to no supervision
  • Proactively communicate to the business when complex problems have impacted multiple business units
  • Responsible for Daily escalations for the business investigating issues and resolving them with little to no guidance.
  • Identify & Develop Process Issues/Resolution
  • Work with the business to identify areas and processes that can be improved upon and/or automated
  • Resolve complex problems that have impact across multiple functional business units
  • Assisting in developing reports and analysis
  • Data Governance Initiatives
  • Assist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementation
  • Provide feedback to team, management, and stakeholders on processes impacting compliance/data governance initiatives
  • Meet regularly with the business to ensure all initiatives and processes are being properly maintained and adhered to
  • Research, Resolve, and Communicate all licensing compliance for US Pharma from third party licensing providers
  • Develop and distribute documentation around all processes to be distributed and used by internal and external stakeholders
Training

  • Inform, Communicate, and Develop all new or existing processes to existing team members and new team members.
  • Perform ongoing training and education with internal and external peers to ensure process adherence
  • Monitor and inquire about Quality Control metrics to identify areas of improvement for Master Data
  • Ensure all new or existing training documentation is properly documented and published in the appropriate avenues
  • Delivery quality products and services that meeting customers' needs
4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years accounting experience
