Program Manager

job summary:
Position Description

(1) To define, develop, distribute, and update -- and create repeatable processes/tools for the same -- ongoing communications about the overall Program for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners.

(2) Partner with the business to define and optimize their business model. Forecast with a good understanding of the underlying business. Communicate key sensitivities.

(3) Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress on execution. Ensure plan is aligned with other program in flight and road maps. Iterate and deliver plan through the project life cycle.

(4) Identify risk, liability, propose solutions and secure management buy-in to resolve; escalate as necessary.

(5) Keep stakeholders informed on key milestones and work to improve financial operation practices. Design/build the necessary financial infrastructure to manage day-to-day operations.

(6) Support financial planning cycles and drive visibility into business performance and resource planning decisions at global and regional level

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Relevant experience in finance/FP&A, management consulting, investment banking or similar environment

Desired

Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proven experience analyzing, interpreting and summarizing complex data as it relates to budget planning
