job summary:
Account Credit Coordinator

The candidate must be detail oriented, customer service focused, have basis math skills, understand debits and credits, have great organizational and follow up skills. They must possess initiative and WANT to work with others within a team.

Job Duties would include:

  • Tracking of customers who are falling behind in payments
  • Making phone calls to customers to inquire about payments
  • Taking phone calls from customers who need help with statement questions, invoice copies and proof of delivery
  • Review and resolution of deductions take by customers (for example, short payment of an invoice)
Requirements include:

  • Microsoft Office - most importantly Excel and Outlook
  • Diplomatic skills, our customers are our partners. We are not a hard core collection team. We want to understand why they are not paying and help to find a way to get them back on track with payments
  • Clear and easy to understand phone voice
  • Problem solving skills. Each customer/call is different. Skill to be able to understand different situation and modify tactics to be used is important.
We would prefer college graduates, with some sort of finance degree. But are open to other degrees as well.
