Data Research Specialist

job summary:
JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for accurately inputting reviewing researching and editing claims data and updating transferring or rejecting all claims that fail the Legacy Business Edits
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Note: The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Transcribe enter and validate data from standard source documents
  • Access and navigate claims systems
  • Organize individual workload to ensure all new work is processed on a first in / first out basis
  • Maintain department standards for production and quality
  • Navigate within multiple applications and programs with minimal to no supervision
  • Assist with special projects when necessary
