Financial Administrative Assistant

job summary:
Enterprise Role Overview:

Primary responsibility is to review documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and to facilitate delivery of closing documents to clients. Responsible for accuracy of the documents and their timely delivery. Tasked with making sure clients are set up correctly on the system of record. Coordinates lien and evaluation requests to make ensure collateral is in accordance with Bank requirements.

Required skills:

- Demonstrated history of employing excellent communication skills both written and oral in a previous job

- Must have strong attention to detail and ensure loan documentation is delivered to clients correctly

- Demonstrated ability professionally to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in a fast paced metric-centric environment is a necessity

- Must be able to navigate and toggle through various computer systems

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
