Global Business Marketing Project Manager
Our client is seeking a seasoned project manager with marketing campaign experience to drive the project plans and timeline
The Global Business Brand Team is responsible for driving awareness and consideration for advertisers through a variety of bold, provocative marketing initiatives including global advertising campaigns, thought leadership and insights marketing, global B2B event positioning and content, and sales training and presentations. Our team drives strategy, storytelling and execution of innovative programs that breakthrough to our target audience, set the bar for creative excellence in the industry and achieve results in support of our revenue team's goals.

The team is in need of a strong driver and communicator to project manage marketing work for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. This can span tasks such as creating schedules, organizing files, managing meetings, sending email updates, owning project plans, delegating tasks, and tracking down answers. This is a highly cross-functional role that spans across multiple marketing teams, sales teams, and our in-house creative team.
You are extremely detailed oriented and a master of communication. You are a proactive problem solver that can handle ambiguity. You know how to be a taskmaster and effectively manage deadlines without driving everyone crazy. You remain calm under pressure as frequent changes and tight deadlines do not rattle you. You are an enthusiastic problem-solver that can remove blockers.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience project managing large scale projects
Experience working with marketing teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly
Proficiency with JIRA and spreadsheets
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experience working with large cross-functional teams
