Root Cause Program Manager

job summary:
Randstad Professionals is looking for a candidate to fill a role with a top tier bank in the financial industry.

Candidate will be working with the Complaints Oversight group, part of Conduct Risk within Corporate Risk, is responsible for overseeing front line complaint management activities to ensure the bank is responding promptly to ccandidate will assist in driving Complaint Oversight's credible challenge activities across the Enterprise Complaints Management Program (e.g., analysis and reporting workstream) and drive the execution of the Complaint Management Policy implementation activities for Independent Risk Management (including Complaints Oversight). Need someone with transactional root cause analysis experience, either directly conducting root cause within customer transactions or building a root cause program in same sector.

6+ years of experience in some combination of the following: data management, data analysis, reporting, process definition, SharePoint site management, system implementation, strategic planning, or a background in Corporate Risk/Risk Management

Experience identifying, assessing, and monitoring business risks; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Business Process documentation (e.g., process flow diagrams); Business procedure documentation; Experience evaluating the design of business procedures against requirements in corporate policies; Experience gathering reporting requirements, identifying relevant data sources, and developing executive presentations leveraging data and information visualization; Exposure to the Complaints Management Policy and Complaint Taxonomy; Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skill set.
