Senior Project Manager
We currently have a contract opening for a senior Project Manager in our San Francisco office. The client is transforming how we onboard new employees to ensure we can hire anyone, anywhere. This includes building the foundations for an onboarding process is that decoupled from location, global in nature and designed with future employees in mind. Our ideal candidate is an experienced project or program manager capable of influencing cross functional stakeholders, managing complexity with a sharp execution focus.

What you'll do:
Own full project life cycle; from scoping to successful implementation of onboarding transformation project.
Manage all aspects of planning and execution for multiple related workstreams.
Manage critical decision-making processes and execution related to Flightschool
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment that fosters collaboration to maximize cross-functional efforts.
Manage communication, change management and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive individual with strong execution and service orientation.
Strong project management discipline for setting expectations, execution and resolving issues.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
Innovative approach that is not constrained by what is today or tools available.
What you have done:
6+ years program/ project management experience.
Proven skills in change management and managing people programs end-to-end.
Experience working with both Engineering and Sales teams in a global organization.
Experience in engaging stakeholders in business decisions.
Experience working in a PMO environment or certification in Project Management.
International experience of working across multiple cultures and timezones.
