Financial Analyst- Cash Flow

The Financial Analyst- Cash Flow will assist in the cash forecasting process, ensuring the timely preparation of monthly and yearly cash forecasts. This position will also perform regular variance analysis and provide insight into the data for the CFO and other leadership. Additionally, this position will be responsible for brainstorming/implementing process improvement ideas, documenting changes to business processes, and ad-hoc special projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial models and prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for the P&L as well as the balance sheet and financial statement
  • Provide monthly commentary, variance analysis and recommendations on actuals and forecast trends
  • Assist in other cash flow reporting, presentations and analytical initiatives as necessary
  • Assist in budget preparation and audits
Required Competencies/Skills

  • Strong understanding of cash flow concepts/principles and forecasting a must.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, written and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with global finance teams. Ability to communicate with senior level management team and local finance executives
  • Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-5 years relevant experience
