Assist the Americas Operations People Committee Chair to execute the Committee's agenda, which includes ratifying sub-committees, creating a forward calendar, tracking sub-committees goals and full execution of all programs/regional engagement events. This role allows for a high level of visibility across Operations Senior Management, HR and Corporate Services. As such, the prospective candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all logistics and scheduling with Mumbai Training Mgmt Office on regional training and engagement programs (Let's Connects, A Conversation With, ROAAB, Promo Process)

- Point of contact for local officer admins on regional event logistics

- Monitor Analyst 1,2,3 instructor-led training signups and select appropriate actions (send reminders, cancel class etc.)

- Coordinate milestone anniversary quarterly luncheons (NY: onsite; Other Locations: offsite)

- Planning & execution of the semi-annual STAR nominee recognition events (offsite)

- Assist in planning and execution of the semi-annual quiz night events

- Partner with Philanthropy Committee & Community Affairs on GVM and Annual Appeal incentive programs

- Partner with HR on coordination of Analyst Continued Engagement (ACE) program

- Maintain all automated email groups by region, city, building for Americas

- Set agenda for monthly people committee meetings and distribute minutes

- Assist in compilation of Americas Open Forum materials

- Establish and produce engagement events calendar and metrics scorecard

- Time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask

- Self-Starter with ability to work independently and within a team

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel) and SharePoint
