Our Retirement team provides expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.

This position often requires the handling of sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Clients

  • Develops a strong understanding of the Retirement line of business
  • Maintains all deadlines and perform work with high accuracy
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to different people and work assignments
  • Assist in drafting simple routine administrative procedures and documentation
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including prioritizing work and coordinating several projects at one time
  • Provides advanced level support in the full Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Ensures quality control/proofreading/editing
  • Seeks and participates in key learning and development opportunities/maintain steady progress
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate mass mailings and simple word merges
  • Prepares pension benefit packages in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures
  • Prepares simple routine benefit calculations using established procedures
  • Reviews payment election forms and enter individual payments and trust changes
  • Performs data entry and process ongoing data change requests
  • Assists in workflow management by entering requests in the system (or other tracking application) and assigning work to appropriate team members
  • Gathers information for pension calculations
The Requirements:

  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several pojects at one time
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft certification a plus
  • 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
