Control Management Team Associate (SOX and RCSA)
Control Managers ensure a strong and consistent control environment across the CIB Finance Organization. With Control Managers provide a comprehensive coverage and joint accountability model with the business executive that promotes early operational risk identification and assessment, effective design and evaluation of controls and sustainable solutions to mitigate operational risk. Within the Control Manager space, the roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) - Implement and execute a consistence risk based program designed to capture and document operation risks and assess associated controls.
Issue Management - Identification, escalation and tracking to completion of Issues, Action Plans, Risk Acceptance and RED Events.
Constant State of Readiness - Prepare the business for upcoming audits by evaluating the adequacy of controls currently in place.
SOX Testing - Annual testing program of regulatory controls to identify deficiencies.
User Tool Program - Tools controlled or developed by a user or IT using general desktop are required to adhere to UT Control Standards as well as conduct annual reviews.

CIB Control Management Team - the end goal is to ensure controls are in place and working. Assess/evaluate controls, early identification / compliance audits / early escalations
SOX Testing, CCAPS, oversight on SOX / Internal controls / reporting / updating key stakeholders
Business resiliency planning, putting the materials for the deck for the CIB controller, segregation of duties (monitoring 'toxic pairings' to ensure fraud doesn't occur)
Acting with a sense of urgency / accountability
Cross-train with manager, understand the BAU, meet the partners/stakeholders/Delaware & India Teams
Seeking the initiative and drive, communication skills, Excel Skills (no macros, formulas, navigating, vLookups) PowerPoint
