Senior Compensation Analyst

job summary:
My client, a national manufacturer in Hartford county, is seeking a temporary Senior Compensation Analyst for a 4-6 month contract. The Senior Compensation Analyst will creating a development plan for salaries, merit increases and total rewards programs. This will involve assisting with the development and implementation of compensation structures and benefits programs.

  • Assists in the administration of company compensation programs by running eligibility reports, conducting data integrity audits, and managing vendor/payroll data files.
  • Completes annual salary surveys.
  • Maintain and evaluate job descriptions.
  • Supports monthly compensation departmental invoice reconciliation and processing.
Qualifications:

  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills in order to evaluate and assist in the development of innovative solutions to situations while applying Total Rewards experience.
  • Working knowledge of job analysis systems and compensation strategies, familiarity with various types of incentive and benefits programs.
  • High familiarity with Advanced MS Excel and an HRIS system.
