Local Services by client is an ads product that helps match and connect consumers with home service professionals like locksmiths, plumbers, house cleaners and handymen. Consumers can search among the qualified, background-checked professionals on our platform, and find profile info, ratings and reviews for each.

The Local Services Live Provider Ops team ("LPO") is looking for an experienced Project Manager to both lead Provider Quality initiatives, and to contribute to Core Product Ops work shared among the LPO PjMs.

The LPO PjM will be responsible for leading key projects, and developing reporting and new operations in support of Live Provide Quality initiatives, including (but not limited to) policy abuse detection, enforcement, and customer escalations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

1.Monitor common Provider quality signals, escalations and abuse vectors and report on these activities to the broader GLS team

2.Develop and manage operations in support of these Quality initiatives, including regular policy enforcement actions, appeals processing, provider comms, etc.

3.Contribute to cross-team LPO operational activities that may include: core operations support, provider outreach campaigns, provider insights work, and support escalations

Overall Responsibilities:

Leading the day-to-day management of the evolving GLS Provider Quality program

Delivering regular program reporting and analytics

Coordinating policy and enforcement operations, which can include cross-functional teams

Presenting program data periodically to operations leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders

Participating in planning and brainstorming sessions for the evolution of the program

Contributing insights and support to cross-team workflows & projects, which may include provider outreach and insights work

Working with internal teams to manage program workflows, streamline operations and plan for scale where applicable

Demonstrating thought leadership with proactive analyses of provider quality data and management of enforcement operations

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

BA/BS degree in Business or Business management, or 3+ years equivalent experience (Alternate: 3+ years equivalent experience in a Policy Enforcement role, Business Integrity role, or similar) Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project management role Minimum 3 years of experience using a spreadsheet program to generate reports Experience creating reports to be shared at the team and leadership levels Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills

Desired

Experience within a high-tech company Experience with policy enforcement work, risk detection, business integrity, or similar Experience with reporting and analytics, e.g. SQL, advanced Excel or Google Sheets Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort navigating changing environments. Home/Service industry experience is nice to have.
