job summary:
Position Description

The gUP Content New Hire Training Project Manager is responsible for working closely with product aligned Training Program Managers and product stakeholders to determine content and scope of onboarding material. Additionally, they will be working closely with a vendor production team, both Instructional Designers and Editorial Designers, to manage the production of all training deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Project manage large onboarding training development for a global audience

Manage meeting schedules and move projects to completion in set timelines

Identify areas of improvement and/or areas where the current design doesnt' apply to onboarding and provide possible solutions

Think globally and apply strategies to create single versions of trianing for global audiences

Work independently to meet project timelines while producing high quality content

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

Training / Instructional Design background Analytical and detailed-oriented Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong judgment with a positive attitude Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Strong project and time management skills Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets
