We are looking for passionate, innovative, and driven people who want to be part of our growing company.

My client, a Fortune 100 consumer services organization located in the Nashville area is looking to hire 4 Payment Support Agents (1 position is part time) for a 3 to 6 month project with potential to convert to perm based on performance. Must have at least 1 year of Contact Center or customer service experience and remarkable work ethic.

This is a potential temp to hire opportunity. Work hours are Monday through Friday during the day! No Weekends! Must be able to work an 8 hour shift that falls within 6:15 am and 6:45 pm. Shift won't be confirmed until training is completed.

  • Manage and input payment data and answer customer calls.
  • Follow-up to ensure customer information is accurate and escalate when appropriate
  • Liaise with contact centers and payment services.
  • Associates degree strongly preferred but not required. Must have at least 6 months to a year of Contact Center or Customer Service experience.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be very customer focused and a quick learner
  • Must have strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
