job summary:
Position Description

We are looking for someone to run Operations for Sales Compliance (enforcement of sales policies) and PreClearance (lead qualification).

In compliance space, the associate will have to review be a Sales policy expert, review work provided by the vendor and provide their feedback or final decision on audited deals. In the preclearance space, the associate will again be reviewing the vendor work and lead pilot programs along with the PreClearance program manager.

The associate will be involved in optimizing sales rep's time by ensuring they work on eligible leads and also get involved in the sales compliance processes for NBS & DSA. The GMS Revenue Strategy and Ops team designs and implements scalable global initiatives to grow same store revenue for our GMS advertiser channel.

The team supports and iterates on existing sales programs, tests and pilots new efforts, and champions strategic asks to cross-functional teams across company (Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, etc).

Responsibilities:

Deliver complex projects from conception to implementation and manage the relationships among them.

Work with vendors in local and remote offices to develop and roll out project workflows.

Analyze the pipeline of work and productivity in order to optimize throughput of the operations team.

Identify opportunities for improvement, manage stakeholders and report on progress.

Optimize resource allocation across offices, languages, and projects.

Requirements: BA/BS degree in any field 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience with Operational efficiencies Experience with designing and improving processes Demonstrated operations management aptitude with experience.

Prior experience working with and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams.

Logical thinking and independent decision making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Strong project management skills Nice to have/ Not required Management consulting background
