Global Compensation Analyst

job summary:
Randstad is working with a leading healthcare-focused SaaS provider. As the Global Compensation Analyst, you would be supporting the corporate principles by creatively and effectively administering global compensation practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform market analyses to assess competitiveness in pay design, compensation guidelines and practices. Recommend changes as appropriate that support our growth culture. Assists with the modeling of expected costs due to changes to pay structures.

- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information

- Work closely with assigned business partners to understand the compensation needs of the organization and to provide guidance in job design, compensation levels, bonus structure, titling, management level, etc.

- Coordinate global annual compensation planning activities (e.g., merit, variable pay plans and recognition programs)

- Assist with the design, development, communication and administration of compensation policies, procedures, and programs.

- Work closely with Finance team partners in the accurate budgeting and accruals for all compensation programs.

- Monitor compensation changes and payments in Workday

- Drive operational excellence in the compensation function by identifying and developing alternative methods for optimizing and streamlining related processes

- Lead and develop compensation education strategies through proactive communication and engagement with all levels of the organization

- Support and/or lead special projects as directed including merger and acquisition support. Provide ad hoc support for critical HR initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree

- 5-7+ years of progressively responsible experience as a Compensation Analyst

- Experience with compensation systems and surveys. Experience with Radford and Mercer surveys strongly preferred

- Workday experience required; experience leading annual merit review process in Workday system strongly preferred - Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
