This assignment is highly process based and requires a candidate comfortable for working extended periods of time in Excel or the work order system.

-Daily work order review (50+/day)

-Proposal review, approval, denial and follow up (50+/day)

*Inventory management/data entry

-Provide insights into vendor performance or trends of the business

-Follow up on escalated issues as necessary

-Ensure process documentation is developed and updated accordingly

-Assisting with administrative tasks and projects

-Communicate with vendors via phone and email as required


-Critical thinking skills and ability to use logic to solve problems prior to escalating

-Strong ability to follow processes on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

-Excellent attention to detail in order to identify trends

-Strong system skills & an ability to quickly learn new computer applications

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Good organizational ability including planning and priority setting on a daily basis

-Ability to synthesize data and present to leadership in a proactive format to ensure efficient program review meetings

-Flexibility to work in an extremely fast-paced department

-Advanced computer skills -Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Preferred Experience:

-Accounting, auditing, or task driven experience
