AP Specialist

job summary:
AP Clerk

Internet company seeking an AP Clerk for a 1 year contract. AP Clerk will be reporting to the AP Manager and will be responsible for expense report auditing and the review of charges to company credit card.

AP Clerk Responsibilities:

· Audit and process through Oracle R12 expense reports

· Manage the expense report inbox for employee inquires

· Assist / Provide back-up support as needed to the team to allow for routine weekly processing of checks/wires/ ACH payments

· Backup to supplier maintenance Admin.

· Audit Credit Card activity and work with internal employees for resolution

· Opening, scanning and saving incoming mail as needed

· Perform other duties related to the position as needed

Requirements

- at least 2 years of AP experience

- Oracle experience highly preferred
