Global Compensation Analyst

job summary:
Your Commitment

- Perform market analyses to assess competitiveness in pay design, compensation guidelines and practices. Recommend changes as appropriate that support our growth culture. Assists with the modeling of expected costs due to changes to pay structures.

- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.

- Work closely with assigned People Business Partners to understand the compensation needs of the organization and to provide guidance in job design, compensation levels, bonus structure, titling, management level, etc. Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. Recommended changes as needed to meet strategic organizational objectives.

- Coordinate global annual compensation planning activities (e.g., merit, variable pay plans and recognition programs) through effective plan design, project planning, and a strong communications strategy.

- Assist with the design, development, communication and administration of compensation policies, procedures, and programs.

- Work closely with Finance team partners in the accurate budgeting and accruals for all compensation programs.
