Position Description

Job Title: "Strategic Partner Manager"

*open to candidates in the Los Angeles area, as well*

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager who will manage a portfolio of ~30 to 50 tier 1 North American partners across TV, Movie, Video, Sports, Music, and Expert verticals for Search (Product Area). Tier 1 partners are defined as those organizations that act as ecosystem opinion influencers and are gatekeepers to high volumes of creators. This will include PR firms, talent managers, influencer/expert management agencies, studios, tv networks, music labels, and sports leagues.

Top Objectives: (1) Accelerate partner conversations with the goal of increasing North America creator/partner adoption and re-engagement of our features. (2) Test the impact of / learn from a potential outreach model to inform our 2020 go to market plans.

Core Responsibilities

+Ongoing partner portfolio management:

+Lead semi-regular check-in's with portfolio of partners to walk through status of product activations, lead partner training workshops, pitch press junket involvement, provide on-the-ground support particularly at events, and otherwise creatively identify new opportunities for partnership

+Act as day-to-day PoC for partners as they onboard talent, helping to triage questions to our support and operational teams

+Ensure that relevant internal teams are kept in the loop on applicable partner initiatives

+Partner with others to manage creator/expert roadshows

+Partner with others to manage a partner council (invites, logistics, follow up etc)

+Partner with others to support outreach to key industry thought leaders and/or niche blogs/publications in priority verticals to identify opportunities for raising awareness about our features

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

*Bachelor's degree OR equivalent practical experience *5+ year of professional experience with a background in partner management and proven track record in securing growth commitments *Excellent presentation skills, comfortable interacting with external partners and engaging with all levels of an organization *Ability to navigate cross-functional internal stakeholders, strong communication and problem solving skills *Knowledge of the Media&Entertainment / Talent Management Industry
