Sales Administrator

job summary:
The Sales Administrator manages everything within sales including annual business plans to distributor incentives to bringing presentations to life. The Sales Administrator continually interacts with the sales team to stay focused on goals.. This position works collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR to execute on the sales vision and support those efforts whenever needed. The goal is to facilitate the sales team activities to maximize their performance through efficiency.

  • Develop, assemble and disperse management presentations upon requested
  • Filing important documents and communicating relevant information: Market blitz, Annual/Quarterly Business Review and event calendars
  • Collect sales, depletion and financial data in electronic format and distribute management reports
  • Provide sales support when requested
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Collect and manage sales team POS allocation
  • Manage SVP schedule and travel calendar
  • Manage and coordinate annual sales business meetings and incentive trips
  • Annual Sales "Business Review Meetings"
  • Director of Sales meetings, T1 Program and other pertinent meetings
  • Maintain all costs associated with such meetings and incentives
  • Liaison with Distributors/Sales/Marketing/Finance and Logistics/Operations
  • Define protocol to help execute new item launches
  • Liaison between National Account team/3PL National Account Team
  • Support Sales/Marketing Annual Operation Plan (AOP)/Play Book

    • Serve as liaison between marketing and field sales organization on portfolio and brand related issues
    • Support sales team with reminders of distributor tertile plans prior to each selling period; work in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Work across sales and marketing closely with sales and marketing pertaining to campaign execution and reporting
  • Collect data and prepare distributor QBR presentations for SVP Sales and CEO
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or administrative sales support role
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (MS Office a plus)
  • Well-organized and responsible
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
