Sr. Corporate Accounting Analyst

Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a direct hire search for an Corporate Accounting Analyst for their well-established real estate client in West Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role that would consist of a blend of accounting and FP&A responsibilities but allows for streamlining of Accounting practices to focus on more FP&A focused strategic initiatives. Company offers collaborative team environment, visionary management team, and competitive compensation package. This is a replacement role that will be reporting to the Director of Finance.

The primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Expense Management
- Journal Entries
- Account Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting
- Ad-hoc Analysis
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Process Improvement and Implementation
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge as this position will be preparing corporate journal entries, run monthly financial reviews with the executive team, prepare the annual corporate budget, prepare quarterly Corporate MD&A and provide analysis as requested. Other requirements include:
*Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or Finance
*CPA track highly preferred but not required
*Top-Notch verbal and written communication skills
