responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet, assist and/or direct employees, sales and visitors
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Ensure all scheduling for meetings is current for the sales team
  • Provide project support to all departments where necessary
  • Assist executive directors and all departments as requested
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone/fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system, file all correspondence
  • Develop and maintain a current/accurate filing system for all daily activity
  • Assist in planning/preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Monitor the use of supplies/equipment
  • Maintain goals and metrics
  • Respond to public inquiries
 
qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
