job summary:
Position Description

To define, develop, distribute, and update -- and create repeatable processes/tools for the same -- ongoing communications about the overall Program for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners.

Top Daily Responsibilities

- Account management for day-to-day operations and issue management for credits distribution to nonprofits, crisis responders, startups, researchers and more. Respond promptly and professionally to resolve these issues quickly or escalate them as needed.

- Optimize current process to automate manual steps, consolidate bespoke processes, and scale with rapid growth; write documents to enable repeatability and scaling of operations. Oversee execution of distribution process and implement improvements.

- Partner with business leads to develop and execute on credits distribution policy and compliance guidelines

- Measure and report on credit KPIs including response time, resolution time and satisfaction Internal stakeholder management

Additional Responsibilities

-Project management for product and process changes impacting all Mapping product Platform customers. Extend beyond non-commercial credits program and use program management expertise to support and influence go-to-market operations within broader Maps teams.
