job summary:
A publicly traded $12 Billion Dollar industry leader in Biotech located in greater Boston, commutable by public transportation is in need of a Compensation Analyst to bring on board as soon as possible. This role will report to the Associate Director of Compensation, and is responsible to work independently to meet global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support company wide compensation projects
- Complete compensation activities within deadlines
- Support other activities such as: Project planning, data modeling/ analysis, communication, and alternative for solutions
- Provide compensation recommendations for units of business, job leveling, offers, promotion and adjustments
- Ability to work with people services, Talent acquisition, and HRBP professionals effectively
Qualifications:
- Ability to consult on compensation issues through an understanding of the issue
- Technical expertise and analysis/ developing alternative solutions
- Experience independently managing projects and initiatives
- Strong Communication skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to present information and findings to executives and management
- Strong organizational skills
- 5-7 years in compensation or analytical role
