Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for a Vendor Relations Specialist for their well-established real estate client in West Los Angeles. This is a newly created role that will report to and assist the Purchasing Manager with contract compliance and tracking. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Partner with Accounts Payable
- Vendor relations and management
- Develop vendor grading program
- Ensure vendor contract compliance
- Work within the company's policies and procedures as they relate to vendor management
- Participate in RFP process
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of professional experience managing vendors and relationships therein, a sound understanding of the RFP process, contract language, possess the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adjust well to change. Other requirements include:
* Working knowledge MS Excel
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing or Procurement
* Top-Notch verbal and written communication skills
