Join our team, an alternative investment business in Baltimore is seeking a leader at a Senior Tax or Manager level. This corporate tax manager will be responsible for tax compliance and reporting and leading strategic tax projects. The position has been created due to record breaking growth and expanding geographically.

responsibilities:
  • Assist Director in process improvement projects around tax
  • Responsible for the process and review of the international ASC 740 income tax provision.
  • Strategizes for transactions, acquisitions and other initiatives
  • Plan and manage preparation and review of all US federal, SALT
  • International Tax research and projects
 
qualifications:
  • CPA or MS in Taxation is required
  • Manage 1 staff
  • 5+ years of tax experiences
