Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for a Sr. Project Analyst, FP&A for their well-established real estate client in West Los Angeles. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Execute/manage efficiency projects as they related to accounting systems and processes
- Educate and train staff on the new processes
- Follow up on impact of changes to systems and processes
- System Implementation/Re-Implementation
- Workflow and Business Systems Analysis
- Financial Analysis
- Process Improvement
- Workforce Planning and Labor Allocations
- Internal Audit
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience with project management and system implementation within Public Accounting and/or corporate finance and accounting, sound accounting knowledge, the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adjust well to change. Other requirements include:
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
* CPA and/or MBA
* Top-Notch verbal and written communication skills
