Franchise Marketing Consultant

The Franchise Marketing Consultant role will be responsible for the execution of key marketing initiatives that support the business through both Franchise Development for the Network and Local Store Marketing for our Network Owners.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise Operations team members, Finance, Legal, Customer Marketing teams, Meeting & Events, Corporate Communications and PR and Enterprise Marketing teams and others to achieve our business goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional plans designed to achieve business objectives, including lead generation campaigns, retention campaigns, as well as local marketing initiatives that can be customized and implemented across the Franchise.
  • Support the development and execution for industry events, such as trade shows, conferences, association meetings and sales meetings, to drive market awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop plans/timelines, create print, collateral and digital content, implement tactics across channels (with an emphasis on social media and digital)
  • identify and track metrics for success and manage project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Includes project management, logistical support and additional project responsibilities, as assigned.
  • Be a steward for our Brand standards, support development of messaging to different targets, write and edit content, as needed.
  • Manage internal Franchise communications and content for our intranet platform, The Hub.
  • Generate and report metrics and Key Performance Indicators for projects, including maintaining dashboards and project plans, to demonstrate performance to target and impact to the overall business.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, strong project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

Previous experience with SharePoint desirable. Previous experience with Work Front or other project management software helpful.

- Team player who can collaborate and work effectively with multiple people and teams. Experience working in a matrixed environment desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.

- 3-4+ years' experience in related field, required

- Franchise marketing experience, preferred
